Buon giorno,
scrivo questa mail dopo che sabato ho effettuato una visita al parco delle incisioni rupestri a Naquane e al Mupre, insieme a mio marito e ai nostri bambini di 5 e 9 anni.
Volevamo esprimere la nostra grande soddisfazione per l'esperienza: gentilissimi e preparati gli operatori incontrati, ottimo il materiale sul sito internet, chiarissimi i pannelli, che ci hanno permesso di apprezzare al meglio ogni cosa.
La mia bambina è in terza elementare: non ha ancora studiato bene la preistoria, ma è stata davvero entusiasta di quello che ha visto. Grazie ancora di tutto.

Dear Dr. Ruggero,
thank you so much for your time and for the useful information you gave to my husband and me on our first morning at the Graffiti Park Hotel at Capo di Ponte the 21st of August. Following your recommendation we visited Naquane Park that morning, very much enjoying our visit there, as well as to the other sites in the area. We wanted to let you know that we located the park entrance without difficulty and found the person working at the entrance very helpful and patient. Once in the park, we also noticed the presence of several young people available to offer information when visitors had questions. Perhaps an outside agency provides this helpful service? In any event, our only recommendation for improving the quality of visits to the park would be that these informative young people position themselves closer to the engravings that are hardest to discern. Where the figures are difficult to see or nearly invisible, their presence and aid would be most valuable.
Beyond this, we would like to repeat our great appreciation for the MUPRE. A sign directing tourists to it from the area of the Graffiti Park Hotel we believe would help visitors to better distinguish it from the Archeodromo. Beyond this detail, we found the museum conveniently located, very informative and the finds very clearly displayed. It was also nice to hear Prof. Anati, himself, speaking in the video about his personal experience in Valcamonica.
Truly, everyone we met at Capo di Ponte and in Valcamonica was very warm and helpful. In particular, the Pro Loco of Capo di Ponte was indefatigable and highly professional in offering information and advice and also organizing for us special guided tours to less accessible sites. Additionally, the gentleman, whose name unfortunately escaped us, working at the Museo Archeologico Nazionale Civitas Camunorum spent a great deal of time with us, guiding us around the museum, offering supplementary information and answering our many questions. If all archeological museums in Italy employed such individuals to facilitate and enrich the experience of visitors, we believe the archeological museums and parks might finally become as deeply appreciated as they deserve to be.
Thank you for your attention, and once again for the time and information you so kindly offered us that morning in August. I apologize for writing to you in English, but I am short of time, with an exam to study for (on Bronze Age Italy!) and my own teaching responsibilities pressing.

Cara dottoressa Maria Giuseppina Ruggiero,
visitare, come è capitato a mia moglie e a me, il Parco di Naquane e il MUPRE dopo aver avuto notizia dell’ennesimo crollo a Pompei, è stata un’esperienza che allarga il cuore.
Certo Madre Natura si è espressa a Naquane nella piena gloria della sua potenza, ricreando, con quell’impasto unico di massi e verde, la cornice di un Eden primigenio, ma anche la mano dell’uomo, sia lì sia soprattutto al Museo, ha fatto la sua parte al meglio, e mi riferisco ovviamente non tanto alla mano dei nostri progenitori “graffitari” quanto a quella di chi, oggi, questa meraviglia ha reso possibile: l’allestimento museale e l’organizzazione del percorso espositivo, i pannelli esplicativi, esaurienti e didascalici il giusto, i dispositivi touchscreen e i tavoli interattivi, la disponibilità e competenza dell'assistente alla fruizione che, di sua iniziativa, ci ha accompagnato e fatto da guida nella visita, insomma tutto ha contribuito a trasformare in una festa degli occhi e della mente la sfortunatissima giornata piovosa di due scarpinatori montani.
Perciò, cara direttrice, la prego, raduni il drappello dei suoi collaboratori e trasmetta loro il grazie cordiale del suo,
